Marty's in Allston is my usual stop for all beer or wine related needs. The beer selection is very solid with a lot of my favorite microbrews (Bear Republic and tons of Brooklyn). The staff is very eager to help, although I rarely take them up on it. Good selection of Europeans and Belgian brews.

They only get 4 stars because their prices are definitely a shade higher than other stores in the area. Head over to Blanchards for your hard liquor.
