It's hard to find fault in a coffee shop that has ample seating, good coffee, free wireless and a decent location, but there is definitely something missing here. The service consistently rubs me the wrong way: they're either too busy doing their own thing or slow to take your order. I also find the atmosphere somewhat cold (metal chairs, lots of open space).

I will say, they do make nice strong iced coffee and have some very interesting food options for a coffee shop (fritatas, good scones). It's not worthy of a recommendation, but at the same time it's not all that bad.
