Marilee Papale 3 Tips
Marilee has been a fitness instructor since 1995 and Personal Trainer since 1999. She is certified with AFAA, Mad Dog Spinning, The Physicalmind Institute and The Pilates Method Alliance (PMA). Marilee is currently enrolled in The Pilates Center of Boulder, CO, Masters Program. Marilee is an avid cyclist and has coached spinning and outdoor training to members of the University of Colorado cycling team. She has taught at many well-known health clubs in Chicago, IL and Boulder, CO.
