Lifeworks is a great facility!! They are extremely clean and friendly. You have it all there, the pools, the changing areas that include towels, body wash, and shampoo. There is also a Deli there and personal trainers to help you get into shape. It's fantastic!!!

When I compared Lifeworks to our city rec center.... which is very nice.... I found that Lifeworks was a much better deal because many, many classes are included at no charge, personal training is included, locker facilities are awesome.... shampoo, creme rinse, soap and towels alll provided.... absolutely incredible equipment, closed circuit TV's.... all adult facility with no 'down time' for events (like at the rec center) and early morning to late hours daily. Lifeworks makes you feel pampered. When you factor all this in.... it's a great deal for a healthy lifestyle.... no better money can be spent per month.

I have been going to lifeworks for years now and I love the facility!
The gym keeps adding new equipment and making repairs to keep things
looking great! A variety of aquatic and land aerobic classes, and the personal trainers are awesome and worth the money! The new cafe has healthy food and drinks, and the person that runs it is knowledgeable about what he does, and the food is great!

It offers all you can wish for in a gym and the staff are helpful and enthusiastic for your efforts at a good and healthy lifestyle. They offer basic to advanced exercise classes as well as wter aerobics and warm water therapy classes. The friendships and good habits you make at Lifeworks are the best.

Great Place!! Clean, modern, always updating the equiptment, racket ball courts, 2 pools, indoor track,suanas, hot tubs and steam rooms in both M&W locker rooms, towels, Trips, programs, personal Trainers and more

A very comfortable place for a mature adult to exercise. The scheduled classes are enjoyable and the trainners that teach them are very knowledgeable. It is also a good place to make friends as well as exercising.

I am a Disabled Veteran and was first introduced to Life Works with a one year membership from the VA. That was five years ago. Since then I have remained a member due to Brian Biggs and Mari Kudla two great trainers that have helped me in so many ways there just isn't room here to list them all. JAck -

--My wife & I have belonged to Lifeworks over 6 years. We've belonged to other clubs(4) prior & Lifeworks is far better than any others.(the only one as nice was Foothills Athletic Club in Boulder Co.) Great equipment, staff, & facilities, & owned by S.W. Hospital, so its stable. dennis

This is a great place to workout even when you have a handicap. The facilities are clean and easy to use . There is always some one to help you, starting with the early morning lifeguard Katie, to the maintainance man, when there is a shower problem. The towel personal even help when they see you have trouble carrying towels. Even at 6;25AM .Clark,Barbara,& Bob greet you by using your first name Everyone is GREAT

I LOVE Lifeworks! It's always clean, there is always someone there to help or answer questions. It's nice to have a wide variety of classes included in your membership! There are always contests or ways to keep you motivated!

I have joined other clubs and they closed there doors after a few weeks and I did not get my money back and I feel that lifeworks was a safe bet because it was associated with a hospital. I also loved the warm water pool for my arthuritis.

LifeWorks is a GREAT place for Many different types of Rehab; Water activities; Exercising; and an all around great plae to work out & meet people. The staff is very helpful & very knowledgeable.

It doesn't get better than LifeWorks. This is one of the cleanest workout facilities you will find, and the staff, many of whom hold degrees in exercise science and related fields, are competent and eager to assist everyone, from the hard-core body builder to the out-of-shape beginner. There are racquetball courts, a gym for basketball and volleyball, a spacious running track, rows and rows of weights and machines, pools for lap swimming and water workouts, and even a cafe with health-conscious meals. For those who may require physical or occupational therapy, LifeWorks has a staff of excellent professionals who provide expert service. Everyone employed at this facility appears to enjoy the work, evidenced by the gracious way they treat members.

Really great facitity, very clean, plenty of aerobic and weight machines, two fantastic pools (92 degrees and 80 degrees, banked track and more.

If you want to get healthy, no matter what you look like now, this is the place. Excellent and well maintained equipment, lots of what you need, incredable number of special classes at no extra charge, racketball (no charge) the people are great and they even supply the towles

LifeWorks is THE best gym! I have had several memberships elsewhere and have found that I enjoy lifeworks the most! The classes/instructors are amazing and the equipment is top of the line! Love it!
