David Bank, our executive chef and owner, was born in Bankok, Thailand. He began his culinary career at his wife Wendy's family restaurant in Ratchaburi southewest of Bankok. There he learned to use Thailand's wonderful fresh fruits and vegetables in combination with its famous spices to create healthy and extremely flavorful dishes.
