A corner of Peru in San Francisco’s Richmond district. Our philosophy is simple. We serve the freshest and most inspired Peruvian flavors in an elegant setting with a family feel. We truly want you to feel at home here, and we go out of our way to make you feel like you are part of our family. The rich history of Peruvian cuisine reflects the diverse populations that have lived there. Beginning with the Incas, a foundation of corn, potatoes, and spices such as rocoto and aji amarillo were created, and later infused with the influences from migrating Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, and African American cultures. Because of Peru’s unique geography which contain the Andes, the jungle, and the coast, a multitude of fresh ingredients are available all year round. Fresh seafood is a staple in Peruvian cuisine, and many of the dishes we offer showcase a variety of these different flavors.
