JUST FABULOUS PASTRIES is a bakery of unique stature. Over the last 21 years, the company has diversified into many different areas of service to the food industry as well as retail to the public. We create custom, one of a kind delectables for corporate gatherings and have proudly provided imaginative desserts to many of the finest luxury hotels, restaurants and caterers throughout the county of San Diego and beyond. Our wedding and special occasion cakes and cookies have become sought after for their ability to inspire delight and amazement and are eagerly anticipated at many events. Already one of the premier cake companies in the country, it is our goal to become even better at what we do. We continually challenge ourselves and our clients to create pieces never imagined possible. Is it cake or is it art? We think it should be both.

We wanted our wedding cake to be a fun party, to reflect the good time we'd be having at the reception. Beryl MADE US out of cake. She made about 10 different figures of us, the guests, the DJ, tables, chairs, even little glasses of wine. The detail was spectacular and after the wedding, at least 10 of my friends had posted pictures of the cake online to show their friends. It was the biggest hit of the reception! We could not have had a more perfect cake. And did I mention it was delicious? We tried cakes at 4 different bakeries, Beryl blew them away in taste as well as creativity.

Congratulations to Beryl & her incredible team of workers at Just Fabulous Pastries. She truly deserves this award as she is the ultimate cake creator in San Diego. Her desserts not only look fabulous they taste wonderful. Not at all surprising that Food Network invites her to be in their cake challenges. Way to go, Beryl.

Just Fabulous is my guilty pleasure ;) I would break my diet any day for these desserts. Amazing creations that you are almost afraid to eat, but just HAVE to!!!!

Eating a dessert from Just Fabulous is like a going to heaven. When you walk into the production company, you are greeted by the friendly staff & consumed by the aromas of freshly baked goods. I have a hard time selecting from the wonderful desserts so I call ahead & order many different ones. Then, at my dinner party, my guests can taste them all. I was so thrilled to see the owner, Beryl, on Food Network. She is a "star."

I just could not believe my eyes when I saw some of the incredible creations made by that little "carrot-top" cake diva. Why, the cakes are bigger than her. But the best surprise was when I tasted her Chocolate Decadence. It was absolutely "fabulous." My mouth is just watering thinking about her pastries. I am going to have to high-tail it down to her shop and get me some of her desserts. I just can't wait for my birthday. I am telling all my friends that I want a cake from "Miss Sugar Diva" at Just Fabulous Pastries!

The cake diva (Miss Beryl) with the spiky red hair really knows how to make a cake.
Eating one of her creations is almost a "religious" experience. That is how heavenly they taste. When you walk into her production company, you are personally greeted by Miss Cake Diva & her wonderful & creative staff. Upon entering you are consumed with the wonderful aromas of baked goods. You really should check out her web site to see the myriad of incredible creations Miss Cake Diva & her staff have mastered. It is not surprising to me that Food Network calls upon her to be one of the featured chefs in their "Cake Challenges." Beryl is truly a "Sugar Diva."

Love their desserts! The Chocolate Passion bombe is to die for. It's really fun to get a selection of their individual things for parties, that way everybody gets to try something different.

So sad the restaurant is gone, but the desserts live on! We use them for every special occasion, birthdays, holidays, etc and have for many years. They are really the best in SD.

At first sight of Just Fabulous pastries, the cakes look like it was not edible. The workmanship on each cake exceeds excellence. Detailed color, design and creation. I've tasted two cakes and I plan to place orders for the holidays. Excellent gift for a special someone.

Beryl, the owner will go out of her way in trying to please the customer. Her work is impeccable and the cakes are always moist and flavorful. These cakes are truly works of art. If it was not for such flavorful cakes, I would have a hard time cutting into the beautiful designs that she creates.

It was the most amazing wedding cake I've ever seen in my life and I'm not just saying that because it was mine. We had Just Fabulous make three cakes for us, one for our rehearsal dinner, one for a ladies/bridesmaids luncheon and our wedding cake. Each one was one surprise after another. The attention to detail is impeccable and I couldn't have thought of a better place to get our special desserts for that special day. Thanks!
