John Roberts salon is an amazing place with friendly employees who make your visit OUTSTANDING! My daughter and I had our first experience a few months ago. We are going again and taking my two nieces for a fabulous experience.

I have been going to John Roberts' salon for years, and when my husband was relocated to Michigan, I still drove two and a half hours for an appointment. I must rave about my Tracey Reed, not only a great stylist but a caring person as well. I had made an appointment after having reconstrutive foot surgery and arrived for my appointment with a cast on my foot. The entire staff was so accomidating, even giving me a $10 gift certificate. Tracy had her assistant go to Marcs and get a bag of ice, put the ice on my foot, made sure I was comfortable and it turned out to make me feel like a princess! I highly recomment the salon, and especially suggest booking Tracey Reed for your next appointment. She is good at what she does and is caring as well.

I have been going to John Roberts for years....back when they only had one tiny location. It's no secret why they've grown....AMAZING "Experience" ......AMAZING haircuts......AMAZING service......the best trained staff. I always leave there feeling like the richest, sexiest woman in the world (and I'm neither!) Also, as us women of a "certain age" know, it's easy for us to get 'stuck in a rut,' but Angela works with me to make sure that I stay looking fresh, young, and current (appropriately so for my lifestyle and career). Thanks much! You truly add value to my life. (How many people can say THAT about their hairstylist?)

J.R. makes you feel comfortable and pampered when u are there. all guests are important. they have an extensive training program for all their employees which allows them to be at the top of their industry. their care and friendliness doesn't end with their guests but also shows in the community as well as with themselves their team is built on close friendships!

It's tough to stand out in this business, but John Roberts is the best salon in town--I wouldn't go anywhere else! Great atmosphere complimented by AMAZING and talented stylists.

When I first moved to the area I received a post card in the mail from the JR team giving me $40 off my first visit. I have been going to them ever since! I love the mini value added services that are complimentary with all my services! I have never been pampered like this before! If I ever move out of the area I will make the drive every 4 weeks because I know I will NEVER be able to find another spa that is in the same level of service with John Robert's Spa!

Exceptional customer service from the front desk personnel to every stylist and their individual assistants', etc. Also, a truly professional and accomodating staff where every client and potential client is made to feel like they are a part of the John Robert's family. And of course last but not least is a great, great cut and style. John Robert's by far is numero uno.
