How to Spend a day in Charlestown
Created by: ETrask
Its small but you can fill a day I promise!
-
Sorelle
Stop in here to start your day with some coffee and a pastry. My personal favorite would be the blueberry muffin.
-
Bunker Hill Monument
The bunker hill monument is right around the corner from Sorelle so it is very handy. If it is a nice day you should take your breakfast to go and sit in the nice park area around the monument.
-
Warren Tavern
The Warren Tavern is one of the oldest bars in Boston and serves one of the best burgers i have ever had. It has a great feel of a cozy neighborhood tavern. I would recommend the pepper jack burger.
-
Freedom Trail
Right out front of the Warren you can hop on the freedom trail to take in some more history and walk off some of your lunch!
-
Tangierino
Tangierino has great food with a fun atmosphere as a plus. Belly dancers make their way around the restaurant to entertain while you eat. After dinner go next door to the hookah bar.
What other people are saying about this guide:
Awesome guide. If there were a fourth meal in the day add in a stop at Todd English's Figs. The portobello and wild mushroom pizza is possibly my favorite dish on earth.
