Darla was personally trained by Bikram Choudhury in Los Angeles, California, in the spring of 2000, at his intense 12 week live-in training course. Her life's path, though curvy, has always been the “Bhakti Marga” or the road of devotion. Taking Bikram Yogi's “beyond the dialog” Darla is committed to inspiring others to excellence through her focused attention to detail, her humor, love, and personalized teaching style.
