I was a regular client at helmet hairworx for quite sometime. I always recieved exceptional care from the stylists. However, upon arriving for my most recent appointment I was informed by the receptionist that I wasn't in the system and therefore didn't have an appointment. When I provided her with my appointment card showing that I DID in fact have an appointment, she suggested that I reschedule on a different day. No attempt was made to accept responsiblity for their mistake, or to honor my appointment. I emailed them about the difficulty I had, and was flatly ignored. While the hair care is excellent, it doesn't make up for such an utter lack of customer service.
