The experience. Everything from the design, to the excellent staff and services. They mix spa services like facials and massage and medically supervised ones like laser hair removal and photo rejuvenation- great place to get all the beauty needs in one!

I found it through an amabassador wife who recomended it- such a fantastic place in the middle of Georgetown- the services and staff are as high end as you can get it in DC- Would recomend IPL (photorejuvenation) to anyone- makes you look 10 years younger
The staff at Hela are the nicest people around- and their professional staff are incredible, the best massage, facials and medical services such as botox that I have tried- would highly recomend them
