All you need is the pooch! We supply a variety of shampoos and conditioners, scrubby brushes, plush towels, brushes, blow dryers, and an apron to keep you clean and dry.

I took my dog here for the first time about a month ago and was so impressed with the facility, the products and the staff. They were so nice to talk to and my dog looked and smelled fantastic when I was done there.

Expert and efficient service, and good cheer all around. Always a pleasure. Even if we didn't live nearby, we'd still go to Suzy and Heavenly Dog.

Suzy has a wonderful way with animals. She is very caring, and yet able to train dogs and correct their bad habits.

Suzy is my favorite! Not only does she always bend over backwards to accommodate me even when i forget appointments, but she genuinely likes spending time with my critters, which with many dog-care "professionals" is challenging to find. Her and her staff have always been a pleasure and her shop is clean as a whistle. Suzy rocks!!

Suzy, the owner of Heavenly Dog, is amazing. She is so knowledgeable about dogs, and has such a love for them and it's really cool to see someone start a small business and see it grow and flourish.

I take my pups - Duke, 110lb, Old English Sheepdog, and Corbie, 10 lb, Shih Tzu to Heavenly Dog for professional grooming. I feel very comfortable leaving them in their capable hands and by their reactions when I take them there they love going. They both go tails wagging right into the kennel to wait their turn. The environment is very low key and calm - it is not a grooming mill like at some of the larger shops. And Suzy is an excellent dog (and owner) trainer & pet sitter!

The employees always go above and beyond and make the whole dog washing experience extremely fun and enjoyable. They are informative and helpful and never hesitate to get their hands in there to assist. The shop is clean and never too crowded and it's such a great and comfortable place for the dogs to go and be pampered.

Before taking my dogs to Heavenly Dog. My dogs smelled like dogs! Now they smell as fresh as my baby's bottom.

Suzy saved my life. I had an out of control Yorkshire Terrier, just six months old that barked all the time, marked the house and was just in general, out of control. Two months later(eight sessions)my six pound dog with a big dog attitude became a true pet. He potties outside only, never barks(unless the door bell rings, cant help that,he is a dog)comes when i say come, and sits when i say sit. This is only 30% of what Suzy taught cowboy, but it is the essence of what he has accomplished from this three dog owner/trainer.

Down to earth place; lots of nice regular customers; cute dogs; close - within walking blocks of Washington Park; for large heavy dogs, there are sturdy ramps (opposing to stairs/ladders) that go into showers

I would and do recommend the Heavenly dog to everyone I meet. The facility is clean, the groomers are experienced and do a wonderful job. One of my tiny yorkies can be difficult to cut, his hair grows all over the place, and Jen does wonders on him. The last time Jen styled my "chubby" little girl my friends and neighbors asked me if she had lost weight! True story, no kidding...I wouldn't take my precious little yorkies anywhere else!

Heavenly Dog is a sparkling clean Self Service Dog wash that offers a great selection of shampoos, conditioners, towels, blowdryers, brushes, spritzes, ear and eye cleaner, toothbrush, etc. They also provide personal one on one dog training, and full service grooming. The staff is very friendly and efficient, and can't wait to meet you and your dog!
