H.E.A.T. Bootcamp has been an incredible experience. The trainers are all great people with a real interest in the boot campers. They love to train and it shows, the program, put together by Cody, has the right variety or workouts so that it stays fresh and you see results. I had been working out at the local gym and it was getting stale. I would run on the treadmill, lift weights and do it all over again and again. It was really getting old. That's when I decided to look for a bootcamp, I researched many different ones online because it seems there are many to choose from, and Cody's philosophy seemed the best to me. I am sure that of the bootcamps out there, H.E.A.T. is the best, you can't possibly meet a better group of people and trainers. The workouts stay fresh and challenging and the trainers always inspire you to reach for your goals. H.E.A.T. Bootcamp leads you to break barriers in your physical fitness and gives you the confidence to know you can accomplish anything. If you're looking for a bootcamp and don't know which one to choose, I would give H.E.A.T. a try, it's definitely worth it.

H.E.A.T Boot Camp has definitely been one of the best experiences I have done. Training is always challenging. The trainers are great about giving individual attention and modifying exercises to your fitness level. I was hesitant to do a group class but everyone is always encouraging and motivating. Cody (owner/trainer) and Leah go the extra mile to give you nutritional guidance and off day workouts. You can tell than they genuinely want you to succeed. Saturdays, all the camps get together for games. Be it soccer, hoover ball, swimming, it is always a blast.

I was a beginner, and after three months, I can definitely feel and see a difference. If you've never done boot camp before, definitely give it a try. If you have before, they will work you! You won't be sorry!

H.E.A.T. Boot Camp is great. I've been doing it for a year now and I love the results. My chest, arms, and legs have all increased in size while my waist has gotten smaller. H.E.A.T. is also tons of fun. Everyone seems to have a great attitude and you can tell the trainers really enjoy what they're doing. I definitely recommend H.E.A.T. to anyone trying to get in shape. Whether it be a matter of losing weight, or putting on muscle Cody and his trainers definitelly have the knowledge and the skill to crank out some results.

I have really enjoyed the co-ed boot camp - not only can I tell that my body is getting toned up - working out isn't miserable anymore. Cody has really listened to what I want to improve on and that makes a difference. Plus, he gave me some tips on nutrition, which was helpful.

Very pleased and would definitely recommend it to beginners or more advance people - I was kind of in the middle and needed to get over my plateau - which I have.

Definitely worth it!!
