Great eats near Winter Park

Always my first place to hit when visiting my parents, this restaurant boasts a great wine list, live music, and one of the best brunches in the area. Truly delicious and inventive salads are my favorites.

Hands down, my favorite breakfast spot ever! And what an appropriate name as such. Right in the heart of downtown, this place is tucked away on the first floor of what I think is an office building. They have all the standards, but my favorite is the Lite House crepe. It's more like a thinner omelet than the traditional crepes I've tried, and combines avocado, mushrooms, cheese, and alfalfa sprouts. It's served with a celery seed dressing and sour cream. Amazing!

Okay, so, not food, per say, but worth a mention. A super-friendly and relaxing atmosphere, with comfy seating, and multiple rooms. Their drink menu is fun and flirty; you have to try the Cosmopolitans! Side note - it is a smoking bar, so don't go hungry, because they don't serve food.

Always a fun place to stop in for a bite in downtown WP. The decor alone will keep you entertained for hours, with it's unique marble tables and dozens of antique chandeliers. Definitely one of my top choices when shopping the day away!
