"Our Way" was started in 1971, serving our first steaks in a modified pizza shop in Roswell, NM. Our mentor, a master chef, set up the format - Good Food, Good Mood, Good Service & Consistency. He designed the recipes to balance the gratification of our Five taste sensations: sweet, sour, salt, bitter/astringent & pungent. With a simple menu of aged steaks, ranch-style beans (cowboy caviar), pineapple coleslaw, baked potato and roll, he set a course we have followed for over 3 decades. We have enhanced, but not deviated from that course. As always, we do what we do best. Along those lines, our award-winning wine list was designed to further enhance your dining experience. We feel a glass of fine wine further compliments our flavors. We present to you: our original recipes prepared fresh every day, our beef aged to perfection, tasty chicken & fresh seafood for your dining pleasure.
