We began Granny-Made®, back in 1985. Our first venture was a catalog of handmade cable knit sweaters. We were inspired by designs Granny Bert Levy first began knitting in 1917 for U.S. Soldiers fighting in Europe. Over the next 75 years she knit wonderful sweaters, hats, and mittens for our family and friends. Designs we still carry today. Granny taught us to value quality, aspire to a higher standard, and to lead ethical lives. We will hold her in our hearts forever.
