In the big scheme of things... we focus on one of the small things - creating delicious food from wonderful ingredients. We pour our daily efforts, concerns, and pride into creating foods that will satisfy our desire, and yours, we hope - to eat and serve something delicious, comforting and elemental. In addition to hearth baked breads and delicious hand formed pastry, each Grand Central Cafe offers fantastic food.
