When Gitlo's first started up the food was great and I was really pleased to have a (unique) dim sum spot a block away. It's been probably 6 months now and I think the food has started to slip.

Also anytime they give you an estimate on takeout time, add 15 minutes to it. I've waited in the store for over 20.

The food is still good and I'd recommend the rainbow noodles with chicken.

This place is really incredible - everything is made fresh when you order it, and everything I tried was stellar. They are still working out the "new restaurant" kinks, so I recommend going on an off-time.
