Originally opened over 25 years ago as Joe's, Geoff's Superlative Sandwiches has been the place to get a sandwich on the East Side. Sitting on historic Benefit Street, Geoff's has catered to local businesses, college students and siteseers since its inception. After years of success on Benefit Street, Geoff's on Thayer appeared on the corner of Angell and Thayer Street. After a few successful years at this location, Geoff's moved to its current location at 233 Thayer Street. Names of local celebrities like Phillipe & Jorge, Barbara Morse, and R.J. Heim fill our unique menu. Each offers an insight into the local life in Providence. Whether you prefer meat or vegetarian faire, our sandwiches always consist of the freshest ingredients and are made to order. The next time you are on your way to class, on your lunch break, or just taking an afternoon stroll, stop by either Geoff's location for a unforgetable sandwich and an endless supply of free pickles.
