Lee Bockland does the best color in town, possibly on the west coast. His attention to detail makes every one of his clients look their "natural" best.

The most professional service. Extremely courteous staff who will go out of their way for you, and provide the most friendly service from the moment you walk in. I no longer live in the US, but always book myself for an appointment whenever I am in town. Absolutely the best anywhere!

I travel all the way from Portland for a cut and color by Tsophia. She is fabulous and everyone at the salon is friendly and a fun group to be around. This salon is a MUST for everyone.

Well trained staff, friendly, timely, up to date, and wonderful. Have seen Gary for years, but sometimes need to schedule with other stylist. Good record keeping and consistency. Well managed and just plan great!

Face it, I've got "difficult" hair. Fine, but thick. Wavy, not curly. And completely non-pigmented. With Gary in charge of my head, the color is so good it looks like it grew that way from the roots. People are actually surprised that I color my hair -- and beneath that great color job, it's completely white. I don't know how I'd get by without them.

Once you visit Gary Manuel you willl understand why they have been nominated for Best of Western Washington. Aside from the AMAZING color work that happens here EVERY client is made to feel like they are the most important customer.

I found my stylist, Opal, at the Gary Manuel Aveda Institute a few years ago and followed her to Gary Manuel Phase 3 Salon. I live in Colorado now but due to a few commitments at home in Seattle this past year I still go to Opal to get my color and cuts done. She most recently gave me the most awesome purple streak in front - I really don't trust my hair to any salon but Gary Manuel I've seen another stylist at Gary Manuelwhen Opal was away, and also had great results. awesome color every time! I get tons of compliments. Keep up the good work!

With superior customer satisfaction, excellent colorists, fabulous hair stylists and amazing products, Gary Manuel is worth my drive from south King County. Parker and Chris have given me sensational hair cuts (every six weeks) and perfect color (every three weeks) for over a year! Kudos to them and the entire staff at Gary Manuel's for excellence!

The Gary Manuel Salon sets the standard for every other salon in town when it comes to having a staff of real professionals who know and love what they're doing. I completely appreciate the attention to every detail for any color or cut I've ever gotten. Believe me, there have been plenty throughout the years. I always look so much better walking out their door, then when I walked in.

These people are really snotty.
They don't do a bad job, but they overprice nearly everything. If you're looking to have a good relationship with your hair dude or dudette, I don't suggest looking here. I can get the same color + cut (and actually have a conversation with my hair stylist) for much less somewhere else.

I have been getting my hair done at Gary Manuel salon for about a year. I get a cut and color by stylist Lee. My hair which was once fine, frail and unmanageable is now amazing. Prices are worth it!!!! Lee is the Best!!!!
