For twenty-one years Galileo has been Chef Roberto Donna's showcase for his renowned and innovative Italian cuisine. Guests at Galileo have come to enjoy a special dining experience in Chef Donna's state-of-the-art dream kitchen, Laboratorio. Chef Donna also offers and Osteria menu that highlights his favorite comfort foods from his native Piedmont.

Chef Roberto Donna brings so much of his personality and light to his cooking and presentation. The perfect blend of flavors instantly made him my favorite chef years ago. The service is stupendous. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The prices are reasonable. What else can one say!! They are the best and I am honored to dine at Galileo.

My family is from the Piedmont area of Italy and Chief Donna's food tastes the best. The food was amazing! Even to the pickled vegetables.

The service - Mohammed and Ana were fabulous - the food was beautifully prepared, presented and beyond delicious! Even when the air conditioning was not working, they made the most of it - we were trully welcomed at this fine retaurant.

They have the best food and Owner-Chef anywhere in this area. He not only has great food but he is also one of the nicest owners to his patrons that you could find. When he has his Grill on some weekdays, it is pretty nice to be able to see your lunch fixed in front of you. He has a money basket for people to put their money in and I have said the many times I have been there that he is more interested in the satisfaction of his customers then he is in if everyone is honest in paying what their food costs. That tells me how he feels about his people and also why he is so loved by all. People are lined up to get in.

Roberto Donna is Galileo. Roberto is truly a people person chef. He enjoys perfecting his craft and he thoroughly enjoys demonstrating the 'how' and 'why' of cooking. He derives pleasure from providing his customers the best possible dining experience they could wish for.

Our champion chef!! (Iron Chef champ!!). He is very friendly and obviously deeply committed to his cooking. You can tell he enjoys what he is doing. His creative spirit in making wonderful meals is unsurpassed in this region. The food has excellent balance of flavorings, proportions and presentation. I never cease to be amazed with his spirit and smiles as he puts together his meals. The noon time "Sandwich" on Wed. or Thurs. is a wonderful community gesture and I feel that it comes right from his heart.

The Daily Grill is fabulous. Chef Donna is not only a celebrity chef, he's a fabulous cook and host. It's a wonderful business and occasion restaurant.
