All of our wedding cake tiers are baked in 3 layers and are filled in between each layer...3 layers of cake and 2 layers of filling or butter cream. We use butter, chocolates and fresh fruit as required. all layers and frostings are made "in-house", using no mixes with the exception of the raspberry filling (imported from France), the fondant and the poured fondant.

I have cakes, pies, sandwiches, meat and vegetable and salads. I have never been disappointed in anything. Johnnie has outdone herself on everything that she serves. They have a great staff. Friendly service. Always a smile.

Love everything that comes out of Johnnie Gabriel's kitchen. You can not go wrong with anything you get here. I live in Duluth and the drive to Marietta is so worth it. If you haven't been by yet, you're really missing out.

Gabriel's desserts are delicious and creative. You cannot find better food anywhere in Marietta! Try their chicken salad and hot, fresh vegetables too!

Habriel's deserts are wonderfully rich, yet light at the same time. Many varieties of "sweets" are available. Eat fast because they disappear fast!

Most wedding cakes are beautiful - but that's where it stops. Taste them and they are flavorless and dry. Gabriel's cakes are not only gorgeous but they are delicious - moist and full of delectable flavor. I have eaten a lot of wedding cakes over the years - and a lot of Gabriel's cakes. I can honestly say the Gabriel's cakes have NEVER disappointed. Try them - you'll see!

You don't need to have a wedding to enjoy Gabriel's Desserts! My family LOVES having a cake from Gabriel's for any special occasion--birthdays, holidays, etc. Gabriel's creations are THE best!!!

Gabriel's Dessert's, an icon of Marietta. My daughters wedding cake was so incredibly beautiful and delicious. At least that's what I heard, I didn't even get a piece. Father of the Bride.
