I love this place! I have been coming for years and I always feel like a kid in a cake store. Oh, it is a cake store. Yes, that is why I love to pick up the Strawberry Champagne cake for all occasions. You can never go wrong. I love the fruit tarts too and the.....well you know what I mean, love it!

Yum! Never have I tasted a better cake nor had a better selection of them. Their Fruit Basket Cake is the best in the world, I buy it every year for my mom's birthday- she doesn't want anything else!

Hands down, the Best FRUIT BASKET cake in the Valley. I travel from Placer County for this cake! Wish they'd open a store in Roseville!.. :)

Bottom line. They do not put crap in their desserts. If you want crap you can buy it from just about any other bakery. Quality is worth paying for and I happily pay for it at the Freeport Bakery.

If you love cookies, you have to Freeport Bakery cookies. They are just over-the-top delicious! If cake is your thing, you have to try the Fudge Cake....oh my gosh, it's making my mouth water just thinking about it!

EVERYTIME I have ordered a cake for an event (several of them very large!) I hear nothing but kudos about the cake. And when I bring in specific artwork to have on the cake they do a spectacular job of matching it! EVERYTHING I have ordered or indulged in from Freeport Bakery has been over-the-top delicious!

Show stopping cakes! Freeport Bakery made an amazing cauldron cake for my son's Harry Potter party and 5 years later people still mention it! It was a work of art and very yummy, too :-)

The best bakery in Northern California, period. My Dad used to work in a radio store next door to the freeport bakery and needless to say a trip to the radio store was quickly followed by a trip to the freeport bakery. Their black bottom cupcakes are to die for! Their custom cakes are not only works of art but are THE best I have ever tasted.

My parents live in the Bay Area and I have to stop at Freeport before I go visit them and bring them Coconut Cake and Sun and Moon cookies, otherwise they won't let me in the door! Everything they make is DELISH!

Anyone who shops at local bakeries in this town comes back to Freeport when it really matters. Consistent quality with never a complaint from anyone eating their product. We are blessed in Sacramento to have such a richness of good bakers but the people at Freeport truly are a step above.
