I love Fran Coys Salon! The staff is very competent and present themselves in a professional way at all times. My Stylist, Heather Frame is a "sweetheart" who really knows her business. My hair color is perfect every time she does it.
I recommend Fran Coys to all my friends!

I have been going to Fran Coys for almost 10 years. I drive all the way from Belleville, about a 25 minute drive, because my husband loves my hair. I have had a lot of compliments and both my color and cut. The staff is great, especially Jenny Salter.

The Fran Coy Salon is professional, warm, friendly and decent! I do not hear profanity here. The stylists dress tastefully and artfully, neither dowdy nor revealing.

I've visited spas across the country and many price points. Fran Coy's is head and toes above the rest. You get the best in up-to-date service without the hauty attitude (there's WAY too much of this at most spas)! I'll never trust my hair, toes, eyebrows, etc., to anyone else!!

From head to toe, Fran Coys has it all! Hair, make up, massages, manicures/pedicures and more! Wonderful staff who are very attentive to clients' needs. It is a fantastic experience!

Fran Coys has been an institution of class in Ann Arbor for many years. Their expansion as a world class spa is highly anticipated by the entire area. Their staff is highly skilled and professional and the customer is always pampered. Fran is a very classy lady who expects and gives only the best.

Ann Arbor's Fran Coy Salon and Spa offers THE best customer service, products, and treatment. The staff pamper you no matter if you're coming in for a haircut or a massage... they take care of the customer first. Also, their salon products are top notch. They teach you how to make them work best for you. I've been seeing the same stylist, Laura Dussia, for 7 years and I will never have anyone else cut or work with my hair but her. Their spa is also wonderful in its own right. Their paraffin hand waxing is to die for! I always recommend my friends to visit the salon... even my mom that lives out of state has visited there twice and always asks to go back whenever she comes to visit me. My vote is for Fran Coy Salon and Spa, Ann Arbor.

Fran Coy is the best because of the personnel they have. Their staff is courteous and well informed. The stylists are fabulous and I can't wait for the new addition to be finished.
