Fontano's Subs flagship store opened in the Taylor Street Neighborhood of Chicago in 1960. For more than 30 years, the Fontano family has been offering delicious "homemade" Italian submarine sandwiches, deli foods and salads in a warm and inviting family setting. Our restaurants are committed to outstanding quality, consistency and complete customer satisfaction. We are proud to serve to our customers the same great Submarine Sandwich that Chicagoans have enjoyed at our original Fontano's location in Little Italy. Fontano's is an Illinois corporation with principal offices located at 1058 W. Polk Street, Chicago, Illinois. Since our incorporation. Fontano's has been engaged exclusively in serving the greater Chicago metropolitan area selling hot and cold Italian Deli and submarine sandwiches, deli platters, salads, and related food and beverage items. Fontano's Subs are designed and operated in conjunction with distinctive business formats, signs, equipment, layouts, systems, methods, procedures, designs, and advertising to ensure quality and excellence, consistent with our well-established reputation.
