In 1998, we launched the highly acclaimed Boot Camp for Women Program and established this new genre of fitness programming throughout the greater Washington, DC metropolitan area. This wildly popular group training program catered exclusively to women seeking an alternative to one-on-one personal training and was embraced with immediate success. In May of 2000, we launched the Boot Camp for Men program with equal success to that found in the Boot Camp for Women launch. This intense workout has proven to have been the best way to get accelerated results regardless of conditioning level or ability. Since that time, the Boot Camp for Women and Boot Camp for Men programs have helped thousands of people realize their fitness goals and they continue to be the premiere fitness solutions for those who wish to see phenomenal results.

FIResults Boot Camp rocks! They make things fun WHILE they kick your butt! It's a great workout with great people, who really know their stuff.
