My dog, Silverlee, goes there every Wednesday. She loves it so much. She gets so excited that as soon as we get in she runs to the back to play. I never have to worry about her.

I used to take my dog and cat here and was pretty satisfied until my groomer left. I noticed many of the groomers being changed out quite often, until it was all new groomers with little experience. Just ask and be certain who is grooming your pet and how much experience they have. I found another, more stable shop.

Princess Mia love going to Faux Paws Pet Spa. She loves being pampered and Faux Paws always grooms her well . The staff, and owner are the BEST!

I took my dog to their Casselberry location last week. AND WOW, my dog was in and out, she looked great. I interviewed other salons before choosing Faux Paws, their two groomers had vast knowledge and experience. The one who groomed my dog answered questions and had been grooming for like 8 years. Here is a picture off of their website of where Snickers goes.

They may have new groomers, but they are better trained than most other groomers before they begin in the working field. They are educated with proper techniques and handling. In addition the owner keeps her staff up to date with current information. I see Kristen at every Grooming Expo. She is a very professional business women. Her business strives on knowledge of the animals and fun for staff and owners.

Faux paws was our shi tsu's groomer up to the moment she passed away of old age. During her last days, faux paws gave her the prettiest cut yet and made her comfortable even though she could hardly walk. They were gentle with her and always made sure she was beautiful!

Kristen is a very professional person and so easy to do business with. This is the best shop around for small animals.

They say "show quality" but beware! Most of their groomers are fresh out of school, and I have yet to see a show quality groom. Decent pet grooming, but do your research! Know who is working on your dog, and just what kind of experience they have. I was not pleased with the grooming my dog received, and did not appreciate my dog being 'practice' for a new groomer!

I have not been able to conceive children since my early 20's. My dogs are "my children". Kristen is the BEST! Her service makes you feel that she is real concerned and cares for your "4 legged" children. She has a "heart of gold". I won't trade her service for anything

I would never tell someone to use them because they just want to get you know how good they are. When a grooming does not go like you want they do not just say sorry there most have been a misunderstanding and we will never do it again. Instead they tell you how much they know and how good they are. No Good Place.

I have brought my Maltese to Faux Paws since they first started, I now live about 2 hours away and still take my dog to them every 6 weeks. They are that great!

My little Bichon "Princess Mia" loves going to Faux Paws Doggie Spa for a day of pampering. She always comes out well groomed and happy. The staff is excellent, and take great care of her while there.

I use their salon in Casselberry and the groomers there are so nice. My dogs do leaps and bounds to get in the car. Also their prices are the best that I have seen around town. As a single mom, I have to budget, budget, budget.

No one has ever been able to groom my Yorkie like Faux Paws. I would only put her precious life in the hands of groomers who showed love, compassion and SKILL. Thanks Kristen, and all the wonderful groomers!
