Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping is a 10 week fitness program combining kick-boxing, resistance training and nutrition. This is an excellent program for individuals that have never worked out, as well as regular gym members looking for a jump start to their routine. There are teams, coaches and instructors to provide all the guidance needed for our participants to achieve dramatic results. It's like having a personal trainer, but at a much lower investment. As an extra incentive, $1,000 will be awarded to the participant with the greatest body transformation! In just 10 weeks our participants get results by lowering body fat and losing inches!
