All of the people that work there are always so friendly and ready to help you. One of the owners (Dave) even saved us an emergency call on the weekend to the air conditioner man. Dave told us how to unblock a clogged line that was flooding our basement. That was FREE information. I hate to think how much the repair man would have charged us. They have a customer for life.

Their on-line ordering is fast, easy and the merchandise is great quality and the cost reasonable. Calls to the store was always met with courtesy and prompt. Able to answer all my questions to meet the needs of the merchandise I'm buying!
