I've tried several gyms & trainers and Ex Fit blows them all away. I've been training there for over two years and I've seen incredible results. I started going prior to my wedding, then continued throughout my entire pregnancy and I am still going 9 months after my son has been born. I've lost all my baby weight and then some. The proof is in the pudding (low fat of course :-)!

Such Motivating trainers, they really care about there clients.
Alway make you feel comfortable. Never the same ol work outs, always changing it up!
