Exhale offers spa services, healing modalities, and mind body classes including yoga and their signature pilates-infused Core Fusion® classes. Located between the Financial District and elegant Back Bay, it is a block away from Newbury Street's fine shops and restaurants. Resting in a 13,000 square foot space utilizing a signature design of multi-cultural aesthetics, guests can experience an inviting lobby lounge retail area, an alluring manicure + pedicure bar, a dramatic temple-like yoga studio, a light-filled Core Fusion® studio, 15 zen-inspired therapy rooms for advanced skin care and therapeutic body work such as massage and acupuncture. Parking is available through Motor Mart Garage located two blocks away on Stuart Street in Park Plaza. Exhale guest rates are $12 for 3 hours.

Small classes with excellent teachers, a beautiful, peaceful environment
Exhale is really all about a mind-body-spirit experience. It is by far the nicest, most peaceful, and well designed spa I have ever seen. While in Exhale, one feels he/she has truly escaped from the madness of the world. When one walks out of the spa after a yoga session or core fusion class, one is refreshed and ready to face the world again.
I love their Core Fusion class!
The atmosphere along with the incredibly talented technicians makes for a Great experience at Exhale!

The studio is absolutely beautiful--very centering atmosphere. In addition there are some amazing teachers all of whom are different and teach different styles
I find the people at exhale to be very nurturing. I hate when i get lost in the crowd. The room is gorgeous and the facility is also clean. I appreciate the warmth of the room because it's hot but not over the top.

I love Exhale because the massage and facial area is so quiet and serene. Once those doors are closed, it's like you are back in the womb. The services are excellent and everyone is so professional. Shayna Kung gives the best facial and Ella gives a wonderful manicure.
