If you don't already have your heart set on a specific tattoo design, the tattoo parlor you choose should be a good source of inspiration. My husband and I have had a total of 7 tattoos (between the two of us) done at Eternal. Our artists have been Marshall and Tomek. Excellent work every time! Both artists have drawn original tattoos for us, and each time their vision exceeded our expectations! We always get compliments on our tattoos, even by people who aren't tattoo lovers. The shop is super clean and the staff/artists are a riot (which is great when you've been sitting for hours). I've seen a few people on here that say they charge too much. Well, if you want the best then you have to pay for the best! Kind of the difference between buying art from some new artist versus buying a Monet. :) We've recommended a number of friends and family to Eternal, and all have come away very happy.

I have been to many shops, and Eternal has fixxed all the mistakes that the other places have messed up! Completely worth the money! And Mike Moore is the best piercer in town!!!

Eternal is the best for tattoos and piercing! I will not go anywhere else! They have the best black and white and the brightest color I have ever seen! The tattoos are unique and I never see the same one twice. The piercer walks you thru every process and step and tells you everything you will or won't feel. I have 5 different piercings because of them!

This place is amazing. The staff are friendly and accessible. The store is exceptionally clean and well-kept. I have had two tattoos and a piercing done there. When I had my first tattoo done there, the artist was extremely understanding and walked me through the process without making me feel like a newbie.

i have over 70 hours of work from Ryan Lientz at the clawson shop. he's an extremely talented artist with lots of asian influences. he is by far 1 of the best asian style tattoo artist in the state of michigan.

I love the Eternal in Taylor! Jay & Dennis both tattoo me & they ROCK!! The shop is clean & the entire staff is awsome! They treat you like family! You want a fast healing, almost painless piercing, go see Penny! You want an amazing, realistic tattoo go see any of the amazing artist....Jay, Caryl, Dennis!!

Caryl in Taylor is an amazing artist. Jaw dropping portrait work. You don't find someone in a yellow pages or driving by a shop, you research...remember, this is forever. Eternal has a GREAT website that you can look through galleries of the artist and find which artists style suits what you're looking for. With 5 shop in the Metro D area, you are sure to find a great artist and get a tat you'll cherish forever.

I got my ink done in '98 by Ram from Eternal in Taylor, and it still looks like I just got it done. I am planning on going back for another soon! Eternal is the place to go!

Marshall Bennet is the most talented artist I have ever seen. He is the only person I will ever allow to put ink on me. I would recommend Eternal Tattoos and Marshall to everyone. You would be a fool to go anywhere else.

I got my first tattoo at Eternal in Taylor and will NEVER go back. The guy who did my tattoo was unprofessional and frankly, quite rude. I would never refer anyone to them or go back.
