In 1993, my sister and I opened Edible Art of Charlotte in historic Myers Park. Our goal was to bring Charlotte the same high quality birthday, specialty and wedding cakes that our Aunt Judy had been baking in Raleigh for over a decade. Using the same family recipes she developed, we opened in Charlotte, determined to carry on the tradition of creating high quality cakes.

Edible Art is a great cake shop. I get all of my cakes there and even drop by for a slice. They have a really fun,whimsical shop, great designs and a very talented staff. They are also super nice. This is a great place!
