There are 131 acres which are divided into lower and upper areas which are connected by a fitness path. Upper Edgewater offers a pavilion that was recently renovated which may be reserved. The lower area offers a large swimming beach with two picnic shelters (first come, first serve) and two concession stands. The boat ramps have been renovated and are opened for use. The North Lot concession is near the fishing pier and sells food and bait.
