Dorfler's Meat Market was founded in 1978 by Ron J. Dorfler. Buffalo Grove was nearly all farmland and one lane roads. Ron saw the potential of this location. Through his hard work and determination he built Dorfler's Meat Market into what it is today, "The place to go for all your butcher shop needs". The current team at Dorfler's Meat Market carries on the tradition of high quality meat and superb service.
