Barbeque returns to Apex. Dixie Belle's Bar-B-Q restaurant is locally owned and operated by Apex residents Rich and Gina Kazazian. Serving Carolina pork barbeque, lip smackin ribs, barbeque chicken, tender beef brisket, smoked pork loin & turkey and many other items. The meats are all smoked with hickory logs low and slow to get that wonderful tender Smokey taste. Dixie Belle's barbeque restaurant makes it possible to satisfy the whole family and the kids. With daily and weekly specials such as meatloaf, Country fried steak, fried chicken, smoked turkey legs, fish & chips, hot browns and pork chops just to name a few there is always something for everyone.
