this is my business

Rooted a mile high, Denver Botanic Gardens has been a favorite Denver destination for over 55 years. Art and science unite in the Gardens' spectacular 23-acre urban oasis, offering an unforgettable artistic garden experience, as well as a living laboratory for education and acclaimed conservation and research programs.Additional sites at Denver Botanic Gardens at Chatfield, a 750-acre native plant refuge in Littleton; Mount Goliath, a high altitude trail and interpretive site filled with alpine wildflowers on the Mount Evans Scenic Byway; and Centennial Gardens, a five-acre formal garden in downtown Denver, extend our rich horticultural offerings throughout the Front Range.

Amazing for ceremony, would not recommend for reception. Denver needs to find some money for capital improvements!

The gardens are beautiful (not the most amazing gardens we've visited, but still worth seeing).

Even though their facility rental fees are high, for a wedding you certainly save on the cost of flowers at the ceremony site. We couldn't have picked a more beautiful location for our wedding in Denver.

However.... working with the staff in planning our wedding was miserable at best. If we had it to do over, I'm not certain we'd choose DBG again because of the experience we had working with them.

The gardens scored a 4 on their own, the staff scored a 0, so we averaged it out to a 2 (again, from the perspective of getting married there).

We were married in the Romantic Gardens in May 07'. The gardens were beautiful and the backdrop for our pictures was amazing. Yeah Botanic Gardens!
