I found the staff to be very helpful and full of knowledge. My consultant was not only patient and understanding with my request for the perfect dress. It was until the "Corp Manager" stepped into my dressing room and started to push me to make a deicsion too quickly. I feel as though all she wanted to do is get my money and send me on my way. The gowns are beautiful and the staff was great but the reason I will not spend any money in Altamonte Springs store is because the corp manager. I could not take any advice or opinion from someone in such a high position respresenting a great company with unbrushed hair, wrinkled clothes that looked like she picked them off the floor, running around the store barefoot and does nothing but shoots dirty looks at my consultant.

I had a HORRIBLE experience with Demetrios. They have a wonderful dress selection of beautiful gowns, but they ordered the wrong tiara for me. On top of that I placed my order in June of 07 for a May of 08 wedding and my slip for the dress was still not in a week before the wedding! This was after I consistently followed up with them to see if it was in yet and kept getting told "we are expecting a shipment in." After my mother and I caused a scene, they finally mailed a different slip from their Atlanta store of which I received 5 days before my wedding. They should have already taken care of that and it should not take getting angry to have your needs met as a customer....especially for what you pay there! All Demetrios did for me was make me more stressed before my wedding. They are clueless when it comes to customer service!

Demetrios offers the highest quality merchandise and service. Their attention to detail is second to none. They offer a wide selection of wedding gowns and bridesmaids dresses and you always know what designer you are buying (they never cut out the tags!), unlike some other shops in the area!

I find the other comments on this vendor unbelievable. My daughter and I have had nothing but bad to horrible experiences and we aren't even finished with them yet. Pushy pushy salespeople! Inappropriate gabbing among the salespeople (i.e. discussing sex and tampons during a fitting!!!). They even wanted us to wait until they fitted the next customer before they would even complete our ticket to pay. One would think that vendors in this business would understand the importance of this once in a lifetime event and would train their staff to be professional. We both dread going back to pick up the dress and that is not the experience we expected. We have told our wedding planner to please pass the word on this horrible company!

I am having a wonderful experience with Demetrios. I have ordered my dress (which came in 2 months ahead of schedule!) and my bridal party dresses through them and there has not been a single hang up. They even came down on the price of the dresses for my bridal party when I informed them that I had found them somewhere else at a lower price. Now that is great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Last year when I picked my wedding dress, this shop was extremely courteous and helpful. They always made me feel like I was the only bride in the shop, even when it was a busy day.

Allison was absolutely fabulous to work with. There was no pressure to try on specific gowns, no pressure to decide immediately. She gave her honest opinion each and every time I asked. They took their time with me and answered any questions.

Demetrios Bridal has been a very pleasant experience so far. I went to lots of bridal stores and tried on dresses. The girls at Demetrios were pleasant and not at all pushy. You are treated like guest in their store, not the way you are treated at some warehouse type stores. If you want to leave feeling great and getting a beautiful dress go to Demetrios.
