You would really want to eat here even if you did not have to eat gluten free. But if you are gluten free then I will tell you that the first time I had a hamburger and fries here I cried with joy. Scrumptuous meals and beyond exceptional service!

Deby's is absolutely essential for those of us who can't eat wheat or any gluten (wheat, rye, oat, barley). Great food to eat there in the cafe or to take home. BEST chocolate cake!

Deby's is my haven! I have found no where else where I can go and enjoy a delicious, safe, gluten-free meal. Deby's is truly a wonderful place for all kinds of food, and I wish my refrigerator could fit everything they sell!

Our family has celiac disease and eating out is difficult at best. Deby's menu is totally gluten free and makes dining out a heavenly experience.

It's just an awesome thing that we can walk in and order anything we want off the menu and ne'er have to worry if it's contaminated or made with hidden glutens! Just fantastic!

Deby's is truly the most unique bakery, in that it caters to those with Celiac Disease, yet creates baked goods good enough for everyone to eat. Personally, the first time I tasted a Deby's cinnamon roll, I knew that eating gluten free would not only be possible, but tasty, too!
I live in Boulder and would frequent Deby's restaurant in Denver because it's the only place around where a non-gluten eater can feel normal again, and enjoy a meal knowing it's safe. Now Deby's distributes her baked goods in Boulder and other areas between here and Denver. Lucky for all of us non-gluten eaters!

Deby's provides us Gluten-Free eaters with a place to go that serves delicious dine in/ groceries that we cannot get in regular stores and restaurants. Also, Monica, the owner , is very knowledgeable about food allergies and spends time with her customers educating them on the best ways to prepare foods allergy-free.

The pizza is fantastic. The lemon cheesecake bars are out of this world. The pumpkin spice muffins heated with peanut butter will make you forget all about pumpkin pie. The chocolate cheesecake melts in your mouth. And don't even get me started on the blondies and the chocolate chip muffins.

They are the best because they cater to a growing population of people who need to eat gluten free. Imagine a life of no pizza, no donuts, no flour tortillas??? Just pop into Deby's and they've got what you need.

I have celiac disease, and Deby's is the ONLY place in town that I can go to and NOT have to explain ANYTHING to the waiter/waitress about my diet. I can eat anything there I want!!!! It's so amazing, and freeing!

It is the only safe restaurant/bakery for the 1 % of the population who have celiac disease. Most other bakeries or restaurants don't understand the need to protect their customer from wheat, rye barley and oats in any form and in any amount.

For someone who is gluten intolerant, it is marvelous to find baked goods and en trees that taste like traditional foods. At Deby's I can get foods that I can't get at traditional stores yet-pigs in a blanket, ravioli, good tasting breads, English muffins...... and THEY DELIVER!

My 13 year old nephew with Celiac disease was visiting from the Midwest recently. Thank heavens for Deby's! He got to eat pancakes and pasta!! The dine in and take with meals were given high taste ratings by him. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Thanks for offering a much needed niche service for those with wheat allergies!!
