We have taken great care in hiring a wait staff that is both professional and skilled in making each person feel welcome, comfortable and satisfied in every aspect of their dining experience. Good service is just as important to us as quality food. Lisa, who runs the front of the house, also makes all of the desserts and the thin, hand-rolled crackers. I run the kitchen with my Sous Chef, Ben. We work hard to find the freshest ingredients and to constantly find creative new ways of putting it all together. We all have a great passion and respect for fine food and love sharing this with our customers. We want all of our regular local customers to be excited about returning to Cumberland Cafe, and our out-of-town guests to have a memorable dining experience they can take home with them.
