Location in el cajon too far. Tierrasanta location was good. Need to have a cleaner look to store and employees that speak english not just spanish. Also need to have decorators work on tuesday for cakes being picked up on wednesday.

I used crumbs of paris for my daughters wedding, baby showers and then anniversarys along with my inlaws 50th and many many other occations. They even made the grooms armadillo cake!!! They are not only artist but the yummyest of cake makers in town!! I have traveled all over for special occation cakes but have not to date found any as good as Crumbs of Paris!!!!

I'm now divorced , but since I voted for my manicurist Nails 4 Sure in Chula Vista by Kim. I got curious to check out the wedding cake section. I have to say the best part of having been married was my wedding cake from Crumbs of Paris. I will never forget the taste of that cake on my wedding day. Everyone loved the design , tier levels , detail and moist taste of every different flavor of cakes that I had on my wedding day. My family, personal friends, and colleagues have been using Crumbs of Paris for all of our special occasions for years. Our wedding cake was the talk of our reception, our housewarming cake was the most amazing thing ever created in sugar and was very most and yummy, my friend's 1st year bday cake for her son was so adorable and so delicious, and my baby shower cake in July was so fabulous that everyone was taking pictures of it like paparazzi, and they all wanted to take the leftovers home. This is only a handful of the cakes ordered over the years for us. We've never had a problem in the last 7 years with delivery times. My friends always say that their cakes are made exactly as they expected when they arranged the order. I know that Crumbs of Paris is one of the top cake bakeries in San Diego county, based on what I hear among the public. The negative reviews on here are what every bakery experiences - you can't make everyone happy, nor give refunds to scam artists. I continue to highly recommend Crumbs of Paris to anyone looking for the best cake in town!

Used them two weeks ago for my 350 person wedding. I must have gotten complements for the cake from at least have the attendees. I believe they are the best value vender of my wedding. They are about one-third less in price, better than almost any cake we tasted, and the design was extraordinary and custom. If you are a cheapskate and want sheet cakes and want to pay a dollar per slice, go to Ralphs or Costco. If you want a weding cake for a fine event, use CrumbsofParis. I cannot believe what a read below about late delivery. We received on time and professional delivery. Just be sure you give good directions as with any delivery, and have your planner do her job. If a cake or any service is not on-time, there is usually a good reason.

Having used Crumbs for over ten years I have nothing but rave reviews for them. DO NOT believe the negative reviews. Sometimes customers expect musch more than what they paid for and write these boards to blackmail businesses into refunds. They have done it to my caterring business. People expect something for nothing, and they fail to accept responsibility for their own fauilts. Crumbs are high quality at a great price. If you want something for nothing, go elsewhere.

I had the most horrible experience with Crumbs of Paris. We won a $300 gift certificate from the bridal bazaar for this company and were excited that it paid for almost half the cost of the cake.( Full price of $700) I met with them twice before the big event and should have known something would go wrong when they didn't have me on file... Then "Kelly" told me the other sales lady quoted me wrong but would try to accomadate me as much as possible. The cake arrived late and sloppy with missing designs. The staff is extremely rude and inconsiderate to their customers. Although they admitted the cake was sloppy and late they felt we shouldn't be compensated in any way... We will never recommend them to anyone.

My wedding was on 06/07/08 at 6PM. The delivery driver only brought 2 sheet cakes at first at around 5:40PM. That is what our guests saw when they came in....2 plain white sheet cakes. Finally at about 6:20PM the delivery driver arrived with a sorry excuse for a wedding cake and said he had forgot the main cake LOL! HOW DO YOU "FORGET" THE MAIN CAKE! We said we wouldn't let it ruin our day so we waited till we got back from our honeymoon. Customer service is lousy at best. Ashley the manager never appologized and tried to make it seem as if we were exagerating....until we brought pictures of the cake. She admitted the cake was "messy". IT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE QUALITY THEY HAD IN THERE PICTURES! It looked like a child had done it in a hurry. Fernando the owner is a sorry excuse for a business owner. We got ahold of him once and then never again. He is a ghost. If you have a complaint don't even bother asking for him, he will NEVER return a call and he is NEVER in the office. Finally Ashley called me and said, "We feel your complaints are unfounded and we aren't going to do anything for you". This after she admitted the cake was not of their standards. Please please please stay away from this company for your own sake. I wouldn't wish this kind of treatment on my worst enemy. Don't go with this company and take a chance your big wedding cake will be a wedding disaster.

What a fresh taste for San Diego! Not only was the Cake for my Wedding moist, tasty and melt in your mouth good...it was one of the most beautiful creations we have ever seen. My hat goes off to Crumbs of Paris.
Their Design Work is Unique and not like the rest of the Boring work you see here. Much better than some of the Other Established Bakeries here in San Diego.
We never had a care. We gave a general Idea as to what we wanted and let the Creator and Owner, Fernando Viveros, go to work. His talent cannot be equaled, his artistry is truly amazing.
Thank you, Fernando, for making our Special Day so memorable. The Cake was the Icing on our Special Day!

Their cake tastes good but for weddings, I wouldn't recommend them. They were 3 1/2 hours late to my wedding. As I walked into my reception I noticed that my cake table was empty! I had guests going to Vons to buy us sheet cake just in case it didn't show up. I was sooo upset. The cake finally showed up late and my friends had to decorate it (my florist was supposed to but she had to leave. She could only wait so long.) Everyone said the cake tasted good but everyone felt so bad for me. To this day, I have never received a dime back from them for my troubles. In my opinion, go to another cake shop for your wedding!!!

LOVE their marble cake with choc chips added in...this was done as an "extra" on the first time I ever ordered from them without me even asking for it. I order the cake this way now everytime! All our guests for any event have always asked where we got the cake. They are the best in town and their cakes stay moist for over a week (there is always left overs because they are HUGE)!

Best cake I have ever had. I served the marble cake at my sister's bridal shower and no one could stop talking about how great the cake was. They were also able to make the frosting look exactly like the invitations.

These guys are great! The cakes are wonderful, they will give you great ideas if you're not sure what you really want. The big thing that I love about them is that on your first anniversary, they'll bake you a brand new cake to celebrate with! They're reasonable and friendly, not like some of the "designer" places I called. Thanks guys, you're awesome!
