CrossFit classes take place indoors at our CrossFit Central facility and focus more on using external weights to build strength while placing an emphasis on form and technique.
We have programs all over Austin for the convenience of our clients.
Our programs are all scalable to your fitness level. In other words, it’s you against the workout—you get to decide exactly how intense your workout will be.
