Great results in a relaxed atmosphere. Classes are held during lunch hours --much more convenient.

The owner, Cheryl Whyatt is extremely knowledgeable and professional. You know you are in good hands and safe from injury with Cheryl.
3 reasons I love Core Grace Pilates:
1) The environment is extremely welcoming to people of all ages and abilities.
2) The instructors are very experienced and go out of their way to take injuries into consideration and modify exercises accordingly.
3) The instructors mix things up so the workout never becomes too routine or boring.
Khita Whyatt has created a comfortable, nurturing environment that has helped countless people improve their health and well-being. Her incredible knowledge of health and wellness, her sense of humor, and her deep caring for the people she works with sets her apart. Core Grace is a one-of-a-kind pilates studio.
I am a Shiatsu practitioner and teacher in Ann Arbor and I see a lot of people with health issues. A lot of my clients' problems can be improved with regular exercise. For me Core Grace Pilates is a good choice and Khita Whyatt is for sure the best Pilates instructor I know.
I'm an acupuncture therapist in Ann Arbor and have been practicing Tai Ji Quan and Asian martial arts for decades. My interests are natural health and fitness. In my opinion Khita Whyatt is not only a very nice and respectful person but also a dedicated Pilates and Rolfing practitioner. The Pilates she teaches is a very balanced and health restoring exercise and she gives the best guidance imaginable, especially for people with health issues or a weak constitution. I recommend her to my clients with good conscience.
The instruction here is exceptional; they don't just tell you what to do, they give you instruction on how to do it correctly and give continual feedback so that you actually change your habits. Breathing is emphasized, and the work on the Reformers is especially helpful. I've been to many Pilates classes where you just go through the motions and the class is over. It's just not the same.
Each exercise is taught so as not to injure yourself. Khita and her staff do it right .. Excellent focus on how the body was meant to work, and what we can do to help get it back to how it was meant to be.
Khita has the knowledge and 24 years experience to make the healing difference that you need.
Khita Whyatt brings her incredible energy and thorough understanding of body mechanics to each class and focuses on the individual participants' body issues.
The Pilates form that they teach at Core Grace (and the instructors themselves) are wise and full of integrity.
Excellent teacher--really knows her craft and is a vibrant personality. Always a joy to attend
Khita not only has an incredible knowledge base from which she works, she is also very in tune with the individuals who come to her studio. If you have an injury, a weak spot, she knows about it and helps you adjust within the group class. Besides that, she is great teacher and a great human being. What more could you ask for!
