I was horribly disappointed when I visited this day spa...though it really shouldn't be called that, its more of a salon with a few treatment rooms. No locker, no robes, no 'spa' feel. The massage beds seemed old with no cushioning, the sheets were terrible and the blankets had holes in them. My massage was ok but my mother's massage therapist had long nails (massage 101, never have long nails!) so her massage was very uncomfortable. I would never go back.

I have been there once because my hairdresser moved there. I was there for hours due to my other friends coming in too. In the time I was there I was treated very nicely and asked many times if I was ok or if I needed anything.

I got my first massage at Complexions two weeks ago and it was the most fabulous massage I have ever had! I am planning on trying to go once a month! I also highly reccommend the seaweed wrap. Very friendly service!!!

Complexiosn is conviently located downtown on Mass Ave. It holds all the charm of the area and the excellence of experienced spa and salon staff. An hour or more at complextions can change your outlook on your day, week or month. You will be refreshed, relaxed and renewed at Compextions. I love it!

Everyone at Complexions is very friendly! They treat customers very well, and make you feel comfortable. All of the services I have were professionally done, and I am always happy with the results. In addition, it is a very peaceful and clean place.

I've been a loyal client at Complexions for years. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking to relax and pamper themselves for a while. I like my mud pedicures from Tammika the best!! All the staff is just so sweet and the frint desk people always remember my name. How many spas can you really say that about? I love this place.

My hair stylist, Tammika, is wonderful. She is an amazing hair stylist and does the best pedicures....I am very satisfied with the Service and the Spa overall. Everyone is very nice and the environment is wonderful. I totally recommend this Spa to everyone and I definitely recommend Tammika for your hair care needs and nail needs:)

The owner and her staff are wonderful. I especially enjoy the couples massage! My daughter had her first manicure and my teenage son had a facial for some minor acne issues with very good results

I have been with Jaime Zentz, hair stylist, for years. As a loyal client, I followed her to Complexions and am very pleased. The atmosphere is incredible. I always look forward to my hair appointment but now I look forward to my spa services as well. I really hope Complexions is recognized for Best Day Spa!

Great facility. Friendly staff. Awesome stylist with exceptional training. Specifically, ask for Jaime Zentz. I was referred to her by a friend. At my appointment we did cut and color and I love my hair!!

It is a new concept for me to visit a salon and spa to receive a haircut. I am your typical guy who visited a barber every four weeks. Then my wife bought me a gift certificate to Complexions and I am sold. Not only are the women friendly and professional but my stylist gives the best scalp massage when washing my hair. Try Complexions and ask for Jaime Zentz!

I am new to Complexions and have found it ot be clean, orderly, and accomodating. Jaime Zentz is my stylist, and I will never use another! She works with my fine hair so well, listens to my needs, directs me when I am clueless, and I get compliments on my hair all the time. I have referred tons of family and friends there, as well as strangers!

Extremely clean, neat and professional salon. My stylist is Jaime Zentz. I have difficult hair but she works her magic and it behaves. Also, she does a great job with my hair color. It is a nice experience.

I had a wedding party at Complexions. They did everything they could to accomadate us. One of the girls smudged her toe polish "twice" and the nail technician repaired it with a smile. There facility is very clean. I also had my hair cut by Mariann and she is great! She also worked in New York City and has years of experience. I would also like to say that they have the best hair and skin products!

Going to Complexion Spa is like taking a mini-vacation. Tamieka, Hair Stylist and Nail Technician is the best...like those umbrella drinks you get while basking on the beach. I am glad I found you Complexion Spa.

The staff and service at Complexions is amazing. I live downtown and have a very tight schedule. Every time I have booked an appointment the front desk has handled my needs. I get my hair cut there and occasionally get a massage. Trinia gives a great deep tissue massage. I would recommend her to anyone. She goes out of her way to give the best service. I encourage others to vote for Complexions' as the best spa!

My best experiences in Indianapolis have always included Complexions. It is WONDERFUL!!! Non-stop customer service, GREAT hairstylists, UNBELIEVABLE massages and facials!!! They sell a fantastic completely organic line of hair products that have done wonders for my hair...I have never seen it look so good!! Jamie Z. is the nicest, best hairstylist I have ever been to in my life and Santina definitely made my spa experience worthwhile....she is definitely one of the best in the biz!!! If you want a wonderfully memorable and relaxing day, visit Complexions!!!

This is definitely a spa like no other in the Midwest! Trinia and Santina give you the royal treatment for facials and massages and all of the staff are willing to bend over backwards to make you feel pampered. I recommend it to all of my friends.

One word for this spa" fabulicious"! I recently moved back to town from Scottsdale AZ. It is so worth the drive from the northside.
The spa is Beautiful, the owner is a gem and the service is amazing. When you arrive you are always greeted with a smile. Hot green tea or water with fresh slices of orange.
If you are looking for the best you have found your place with complexions.

Complexions gave me wonderful service. They took their time on the phone with me making sure that I was happy with my services and time selection. When I arrived I was surprised that they have a boutique filled with all kinds of health and beauty products. My massage was great and I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
