Best sightseeing tour in Boston?

When I have friends or family visit from out of town, I'd like to take them on a tour of the city. There are several different companies out there (trolleys, ducks, walking tours, etc.), and wonder which one is best.

You can't go wrong with a Duck Tour. My grandmother has lived in Boston her whole life and when I took her on a tour she thought it was a lot of fun. I highly recommend.
