Which Ethiopian is better: Addis Red Sea or Fasika?

Trying to pick which one to go to later this week. It will be my cousin, my mom, my girlfriend, and myself. So we're looking for a good atmosphere and most importantly wide variety and great food! Thanks for helping me out by voting!

I'll throw out a vote for Fasika -- I'm not an expert on Ethiopian food by any means, but I live near Union Sq so it's a little closer. I went with friends and we were able to just order the mixed platters with the main specialties (available in Vegetarian and Non) -- it was kind of like a crash-course in Ethiopian cuisine that I really liked and appreciated. The downsides are: cash only, a pretty weird and nondescript atmosphere.

Don't rule-out Asmara! The restaurant feels like you are in someone's home -- the service, decor, and food are all perfect.

I haven't been to Fasika -- so take this with a grain of salt, but I've had a number of great experiences at Addis. Atmosphere is a plus and the Doro Wot was fantastic.
