11 oz. Filet or a 16 oz. KC Strip grilled over a hickory fire, lightly seasoned with their cajun spice. Simply delicious and I put it up against any other steak in town. Oh yeah, don't forget the hickory smoked Prime Rib, 16 oz. cut of course.
