Three words for you: Remolacha con Cabra -- this salad is probably my favorite single menu-item in Boston. Maybe I'm biased because I love beets, but this salad is so fresh and the goat cheese gives it a special texture and then the crunch of the pine nuts. HIGHLY recommended.

I agree, palmito salad with scalops wraped in beacon is the best! and I don't like salads!

Stephanie's on Newbury has (i hope they still have it!) a great warm goat cheese brioche salad with sliced pears and candied pecans -- I've tried to replicate it a number of times but have never been able to. It's delicious!
