I wouldn't guarantee it, but it's worth a shot! PTO is the best Thrift Store around -- wonderful staff and some great finds!

I'm almost positive i've seen a few starter jackets floating around Urban Renewals. I mean they never throw stuff away so for all I know they might've gotten them in in 1995 and they're still sitting on the shelf. Are Starter Jackets back in vogue now?
